Once you have planned your great diet it’s time to head  off to the store to buy the items that could possibly help you knock off those unwanted pounds. When most people go shopping for diet foods they go straight to the frozen foods section and buy the first thing that looks good in the “diet” section. Well just like everything else in life, you almost always will get what you pay for. If you spend 3 dollars on a pre-packaged cuisine, then you can not only expect to be hungry after you are finished eating, but most likely you are not going to get the nutrition you need either.

Being a smart shopper isn’t just about buying the cheapest items and saving money. Just because I just told you to buy things that are tasty, doesn’t mean to go out and buy a box of fancy chocolates every time you go to the store. Needless to say that wouldn’t be smart shopping.

 

Planning is the most important part of any diet.  Don’t just plan  on what you are going to buy, or how much you are trying to spend on a particular day. You’ll want to get very specific with your planning, and make sure to have enough variation, so your diet doesn’t become boring. Doing things like compiling lists at the beginning of every week can help you plan an efficient yet complex diet that is both healthy and exciting. Once you get the hang of weekly diet planning, you’ll begin to see which brands offer the best deals, and it will become more and more routine.

My Experience with FatLoss4Idiots


fatloss4idiotsHi, I’m Allison, I started my battle with weight loss about 2 years ago, at the age of 37, weighing about 220 pounds. I had fallen under deep depression and became mad at the world because I was unable to drop the unwanted pounds that accompanied my pregnancies a decade earlier. After the birth of my 2 children, Lisa and Oliver, I put on about 75 pounds and my size 6 waist ballooned into a size 18, and I started to get severe back pains at the young age of 34. I was still far from the goal of my pre-pregnancy weight of 145 pounds, and I felt like there was literally nothing left to try.
