That was always my problem. Cottage cheese (I know most of you won’t like this one), Lots of Fruit, Fish, Pasta, Salads, Oatmeal, Turkey sandwiches, scrambled eggs and there is so much more there’s no reason to even go on.

 

Now I’ll address another question here because many people send me emails saying that they already eat healthy food like that and I know exactly how you feel because I did too!
