Fat Loss for Idiots Review – is Fat Loss for Idiots Scam?

I am sure everyone has seen those fat loss for idiots review online. So the million dollar question is fat loss for idiots scam? Can it really help me lose 9lbs in 11 days as what the sales page claims? Read my article to find out the truth about fat loss 4 idiots.

For those of you who do not know, fat loss for idiots is basically a weight loss diet plan that has an online diet generator to generate an 11 day diet plan for you based on your favorite foods.

The idea is that by varying your daily calorie consumption each day, it confuses your body metabolism in that it is unable to keep up with your changing diet and thus you increase your metabolism and burn more fat.

One of the particular aspects of our body is that our metabolism will always try to compensate for a lack of food. So if you are on most diet plans which emphasizes on low carbohydrates diets, then your body will automatically slow its metabolism and consume less energy.

This is a survival instinct which probably descended from our ancestors in the stone age who probably have to go on hunger for several days because of a lack of food. Your body because of a lack of food source will start losing its muscle and water mass first instead of fat. Muscle is an active component of burning fat and losing muscle mass makes it harder to lose weight.

That is why for many people, diets only work in the short term. After a while, they will notice they start losing less and less weight. That is because your metabolism has slowed down to compensate for a lack of food and it is starting to degrade your muscles for energy first before it burns the fat.

For most people, they will find it hard to tolerate the diet for long periods of time. As a result, they started consuming high carbohydrates foods or simply resume their normal diet and lifestyle. Most people will realize they suddenly gain more weight than before they go on a diet. This is because your metabolism has slowed down and you arenâ??t burning as much fats as before. It is much more difficult to increase your metabolism once this happens.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots doesnâ??t require you to go on a low carbohydrates diet. You can still take your favorite foods as long as you stick to the 11 day diet plan. Thus, it is more likely you stick with this weight loss diet plan for a long time.

Secondly, since you are still eating as normal, your metabolism will not decrease and your muscle mass is preserved which is important for weight loss. Of course, I will still recommend you do some exercise during this 11 day diet plan.

If you are determined to lose weight and willing to stick to the diet plan strictly, then I recommend you buy fat loss 4 idiots. Read my fat loss 4 idiots review here.

Low Calorie Diets

fatloss4idiotsMost diets that are considered low calorie diets focus on one thing, to control and limit your caloric intake. Regardless of what the diet is named, it is still based on the same theory. Considering the fact that there are more and more diets popping up everyday, and there is also a record amount of obese people..that is steadily growing. It should be easy to see that this means there are more and more diets being promoted that DON’T WORK, hence the rising amount of overweight people. If all of these diets worked so well…. wouldn’t the number of obese people be decreasing?

Each individuals body works differently, down to the intake and outtake of calories or our “metabolic rate”. Some people may naturally burn more calories than others, thereby having a “faster metabolism”.

People with fast metabolisms lose weight easily in comparison to people with a slow metabolism. So the goal of any diet should be to speed up the metabolism. Usually a persons metabolism starts to slow down in their 20’s-30’s, however once again this differs in everyone. Generally speaking though, this is why a lot of people become overweight during that age period.

The setback that most people have when trying low calorie diets is they go to far with it. If your caloric intake is TOO low then your body will go into “food shock” or “survival mode”. When this happens your metabolism actually SLOWS down in order to preserve energy and nutrients, thereby causing your weight loss to come to a halt. The sad thing is that most low cal diets will cause the user to do just that, making them not very effective, because they actually make you burn calories slower.

Another thing that is wrong with diets like that is you are cutting the intake of calories to quickly, instead of gradually doing it over time. This can also cause detrimental effects. If your calories are at a very low level, then your muscle mass deteriorates. Muscle burns calories for sustenance…if there are not enough calories to burn, then the muscle withers away….when the muscle withers away, the fat remains and it is now harder to burn without the muscle to help you burn the calories. It’s a chain reaction that occurs all too often in the dieting world.

The mistake that most diets make is they are UNDER FEEDING you. If you don’t get enough nutrition then everything that I just talked about will happen to you. After one week of depriving yourself of nutrients, not only will you still be over weight, but you’ll feel miserable too. If you’re trying to speed up your metabolism then you should eat a bunch of small meals through out the day, instead of 3 large ones, or just one small one. By eating small amounts of nutritious food at 2-3 hour intervals throughout day, you will be forcing your body into what is called ketosis. When this happens your metabolism will spike and make it easier for you to burn weight. If you want to know more crucial info like this I would suggest you download the diet plan on this site.

3 Fat Loss Techniques

fatloss4idiotsMost people that are looking for a diet, are looking for one that will show them very quick results. Some people even get discouraged if they don’t experience quick results. While you may not always be able to accomplish your goals within the first few weeks, there are some methods that will help you lose some weight fast. These techniques can be used in conjunction with one another.

The most important thing to remember when trying to lose weight quickly, is to control and monitor your intake and output of calories. If you are eating more calories than your body can turn into energy, then those calories will be converted into fat. If you monitor and regulate you caloric intake you can measure how much of a certain food should eat. You can also gage how much you should exercise, and you can even calculate how many calories you need to burn in order to lose a set amount of weight. Try to eat about half as many calories per day as you can burn in a day. So if you can only burn 2500 calories in a day then you should eat no more than 1250.

Exercise is also crucial when it comes to losing weight. Simply limiting your caloric intake will not get the job done, because eventually you will slip up (probably often) and you will eat the foods that you have been craving for so long. This is why exercise is so important. Exercise burns calories, therefore you can eat twice as much if you exercise twice as hard to burn it off. The more you can eat, the more you can build tone muscle mass. Muscle burns fat even when you aren’t doing anything at all, even if you’re sleeping that newly built muscle will be burning calories. Not to mention having muscles will make you look better, even if you’re a female, toning your muscles with light weights will give you a sexy shape. Exercise is universally recognized as a weight loss essential.

Another technique that will complement your weight loss regimen, is taking supplements. There are many natural vitamins and herbs that will help you with losing weight. Many weight loss supplements a re a mixture of these vitamins and herbs. Ask your doctor what would be the best weight loss medication for you, or find a reputable weight loss pill on the internet, and combine it with good diet and exercise. Weight loss pills are not a one stop solution though, every weight loss pill recommends the use of diet and exercise to see the best results. Using weight loss pills can double or even triple the results of your diet and exercise, they are made to compliment your diet and exercise, not to replace it.

Out of all three of these crucial techniques, diet is by far the most important. You can work out as much as you like, you can even take tons of weight loss pills, but without the right diet both will be futile. If you wish to learn more about dieting, then check out all of the wonderful free info on weight loss on this site. I also recommend you download the in-depth diet plan.

Exercising For Weight Loss

fatloss4idiotsWhen it comes to exercising there are two main categories, aerobics and weight training. Aerobics focuses on fast paced, repetitive activities of little resistance, designed to strengthen your heart and improve the health of your lungs and other crucial bodily functions. Weight training or “resistance training”, focuses on building muscle strength through concentrated and isolated movements that target specific muscles individually. Both methods of training are helpful in building muscle tone and losing weight, yet the popular belief is that aerobic exercise is better for weight loss than weight (resistance) training. However this is not necessarily true.

The belief that aerobic exercise is more effective at weight loss, stems from the fact that muscle weighs more than fat, and so therefore people believe that building muscle will make you bulky and cause you to weigh MORE. The truth is, one pound of muscle burns 300-500 calories every week to sustain itself, while a pound of fat only burns about 15 calories per week to sustain itself. Therefore building muscle is the BEST thing you can do to boost your metabolism and burn fat while you sleep. There is really no need to fret about getting bulky muscles, because you can use moderately heavy weights and do it only twice a week, and it will still increase your overall muscle mass.

Whether you use aerobic or weight training to lose weight, there is no need to over exert yourself at all. Actually, over-exertion is the main problem most people have when trying to build muscle or lose weight. Your body needs twice as much rest as it does exercise, and if it doesn’t get the rest that it needs, you will experience malnutrition and fatigue, which will completely stunt your results regardless of the outcome that you’re aiming for. The most effective method of weight loss would be a combination of aerobics, weight training and good dieting.

When choosing the best exercise/dieting regimen, remember to include foods that you enjoy eating and exercises that are not too strenuous. You want to make it as easy as possible to stick to your plan.
