Don’t Watch the Clock… Let Time Fly While You Do Other Things


fatloss4idiotsAll too often dieters are so anxious to lose weight they find themselves focusing constantly on the amount of calories they are taking in, how many pounds they have gained/lost, and other weight loss semantics.

They check the stats so often that they find themselves switching up the diet before they can even see if their current diet will be effective in the long run. Instead of focusing on the short term effects, which are irrelevant, you should focus on sticking to a set of practices that are universally recognized to help you lose weight. If you stop watching the clock…it is inevitable time will go by while you are doing other things. So what are some of the things you should be doing?

 

You can start by not watching your weight as I mentioned in the paragraph above. Checking the scale all the time will make things seem like they are going slower than they actually are, and many people lose motivation if they aren’t seeing instant results. Once you’ve gotten past that, then you should focus on the WAY you eat your food. Try to eat small bites and chew your food thoroughly, this will help your body digest the food and turn it into energy, rather than fat. Also you will feel like you have eaten more than you actually have, so therefore you will eat less.

 

Another good thing to remember is to eat before going out and doing things, like going to the movies or grocery shopping. If you do this you’ll find yourself less tempted to break the rules of your diet while your out. While it is good to eat a bunch of small meals throughout the day, it is not good to snack on things that are not good for you, in between or during those meals. You should try to only snack on “junk foods” 3 times a week max.

 

If you combine these few tips with a good exercise plan and just let time go by naturally, you’ll start to see results before you know it. The best part about ignoring the statistics of your diet is you will never be stressed out about meeting deadlines. Stress causes weight gain, so any form of stress is not good for your diet, including stress related to your diet.

  • Make sure to add fat on your diet. Although you are trying to lose weight, the body still needs an amount of fat daily.

You need nutrition in your diet if you want it to be effective, especially if you are going to be exercising. In the morning when you wake up try to eat a couple of eggs, they are high in nutrients and easy to make. Also be sure to eat some fruit, like a banana or an orange. Instead of bacon try something with less fat like turkey bacon or Canadian bacon. Try not to eat any starches like bread for breakfast, they will fill your stomach with unnecessary foods. To start your day you don’t need fillers, you need nutrients.

Try to avoid junk foods like soda and chips, instead eat something healthy like a shake or some fruit. This means no chocolate bars, candies or anything that is exceedingly delicious, and fattening. Some of the vest fruits for losing weight are oranges and cantaloupes. A salad can also help you with essential nutrients, and salads can be quite delicious. Just make sure you are not putting to much dressing on your salad, if you do, you might as well eat some chips instead.

Try to include vegetables in your diet as well. Stay away from butter and try to use oils instead. Also fruits are better for breakfast and lunch than dinner. Make sure you eat very small meals, and eat your food slowly. Try to eat 5-7 small meals per day, rather than 3 large ones. If you need to eat meat then try to eat white meat rather than red meat. Meats like chicken and fish are excellent for dieting.

Trimming the Fat from Your Limbs

One of the methods people use to get rid of the fat on their limbs is exercise. While running and aerobic activities work very well on the legs, all too often there is still fat left under the arms. It is then when it is realized that exercise alone will not get rid of those stubborn problem areas. With all of the diets on the market today it is almost impossible to pick one. A lot of times people don’t even know where to start.

There are so many diets that claim to be the best. You may have heard of diets that focus on blocking carbs from your diet completely. The truth is, it is always bad to leave entire groups of food out of your diet completely. If you’re blocking a food group from your diet , you’re also blocking some crucial nutrients in the process. The only types of food that you most definitely should not eat are junk foods. These no carb diets are no different than a friendly way of starving yourself, which as you know will only lead to bad things. If you’re not getting the elements you need, your body will make up for it by taking the needed nutrients from itself. So if you’re not getting enough calcium, it will take it from your teeth and skeleton, giving you weak teeth and bones.

While exercise ultimately will get rid of that extra stubborn fat, it cannot do so without the proper diet.
