Diet off the Fat Slabs to get Back Abs

fatloss4idiotsI am sure you have seen all of those paid programming commercials, promising you the best looking body ever, just by getting on a pink thing-a-ma-jiggie and wagging your buttox like a very happy dog, or hanging upside down and acting like a bat trying to catch a fly on it’s toes. Do those things actually work? The answer really depends on what type of diet you are on. If your diet does not have enough nutrition than NO, they will not work. The only thing you can expect to get from your exercises, if you don’t have the adequate nutrition, is a sore stomach and probably some frustration. Trust me if you are malnourished you won’t want to go back to the gym or get back on that thing-a-ma-jiggie ever again!

So the first thing you want to do is find an effective diet , and then you want to customize it to your likings, to make sure you’ll be able to stick with it. A good way to boost your diets nutrition even further is to take nutritional supplements. There are plenty of all-natural supplements available that will keep your body in excellent shape, so you can get the most out of your exercises. These supplements will not do the whole job by themselves though. You’re going to need an effective diet and exercise regimen as well.

Try to eat low fat foods and avoid eating before you go to bed at night, as your body will not metabolize things well while you are asleep, which will cause you to gain weight. It is also better to eat a bunch of small nutritious snacks throughout the day, rather than eating 3 large meals, or even worse only one meal. Under-eating and over-training are the key reasons why people fail in their diet and exercise regimen.

If you are looking for a well balanced diet that will give you all of the nutrition you need, while also being customizable, then you should download the FatLoss4Idiots diet plan. I am sure you will find the information on this site very helpful. I hope you can use our info to meet your eight loss goals and become a new person.

Fat Loss for Idiots Review

Many people have seen my loss video on youtube and have been sending emails wondering if it’s really possible to lose that much weight with the Fat Loss For Idiots Diet Program. So I am writing this Fat Loss For Idiots Review in an FAQ style to address some of the most common questions I get. The Fat Loss For Idiots Review Will be two parts because there are quite a few important questions that I want to address.

Does the Fat Loss For Idiots Diet Include Exercises?

No It Does Not. It is purely diet based. The genius of this program is in manipulating your diet to bring about the results you desire. It is possible to get your body into great shape just by diet manipulation alone. Will you look like a fitness model? NO! To get “that” kind of a body you will have to workout. But it is very possible to slim down and get in great looking shape utilizing ONLY the Fat Loss For Idiots Diet. As a matter of fact this is one reason I like this so much was I love going to the gym but when I hurt my ankle I couldn’t go anymore so I needed something that could help me lose weight without having to go to the gym. Frankly I didn’t expect to have the results I did and still do have. It started out as a way to just trim a FEW pounds and to make sure I didn’t get too fat while I wasn’t going to the gym. It became much more than that because I still follow it today and it has changed the way I eat forever.

What Kind Of A Diet Is The Fat Loss For Idiots Diet?

This diet is not like traditional diets such as low fat, low calorie, low carb or those fad diets (which ive tried them all) like the cabbage soup diet (so stupid) or those hoodia things. Now I’m not saying that those don’t work because they definitely do. As a matter of fact I think I lost weight on almost all of them. BUT… it wasn’t permanent. The problem with most diets is just that! They are diets! If you are on a diet that means when you get off the diet you go back to your old habits which got you fat in the first place. That was always my problem. With the Fat Loss For Idiots Diet you learn how to eat for the most part pretty normal foods that you are already buying but you learn to eat in the right proportions and the right combinations. This is called Calorie Shifting.

What Kind Of Food Do You Get To Eat On The Fat Loss For Idiots Diet?

There are certain Foods to eat to lose weight that are generated in the idiot proof diet and I really liked this part because you can still pretty much eat foods you are used to. You don’t have to buy any special foods or anything like that. The ONLY problem for me with this though was the portions and the fact that I couldn’t go to McDonalds. McDonalds has been my BIGGEST deterrent to weight loss and for those of you that go to McDonalds you’re just gonna have to choose between being thin and healthy or fat and tired. Giving up McDonalds fries was SOOOO hard for me but the great part is now that my diet and weight is in check I can go out once or twice a month and eat a medium fry. And to be honest after you stop eating that crap you don’t even crave it at all. I’m just going to give you a sample of some of the foods you can eat on the Fat Loss For Idiots Diet.

Cottage cheese (I know most of you won’t like this one), Lots of Fruit, Fish, Pasta, Salads, Oatmeal, Turkey sandwiches, scrambled eggs and there is so much more there’s no reason to even go on.

Now I’ll address another question here because many people send me emails saying that they already eat healthy food like that and I know exactly how you feel because I did too! The PROBLEM is the portion, timing and combination of foods. And that’s what the Fat Loss For Idiots Diet helped me out with was the correct portioning and combination of foods.

Tried almost every diet possible and still can’t lose weight? See before and after pictures of how Phil finally dropped from 222 to 184 without exercising at Idiot Proof Diet

Walking Away From the Weight

fatloss4idiotsYou’re probably looking for a good way to start losing weight immediately, aren’t you? Well if you were then you are in luck, if you weren’t… well then you’re still in luck. Just by walking a couple of miles each day, you can lose that stubborn weight, and boost your metabolism…. AND become a faster walker! Well maybe you don’t care about that last part, but chances are you care about the first 2 benefits. Please note that is you are not that much over your normal body weight then this won’t work very well for you, now if you are 25+ pounds over weight then this is perfect for you.

If you want to get the most out of your walking you will need a plan, that means a diet and exercise plan. Okay maybe you don’t have the time to do extra exercises other than walking, but I know you have time to eat…and you need to do so the RIGHT WAY. You’ll want to follow a good nutrition regimen. The one available for download on this site is perfect for anyone’s diet. Eating the right combination of foods will boost your metabolism, thereby making you burn fat even faster.

You should also consider making your own personal touches to whatever program you decide to follow. If they tell you take it easy in the beginning and you feel you could put a little more work in than necessary, go for it. Everyone has different limits, so don’t sell yourself short if you’re aiming for maximum results. In the beginning don’t concentrate on distance too much. You should walk at whatever pace you feel is the best you can sustain for 30 minutes. When the half an hour is up then your walk is over. Try to walk a little bit faster each day.

Maybe try setting goals to walk a certain distance in a certain time, and see if you can beat your own time. Sooner or later that slow walk will turn into a brisk walk, which will turn into a jog, and before you know it you’ll be 20 pounds lighter running full speed down the sidewalk with a water bottle. Speaking of water, it is CRUCIAL to any exercise. You HAVE to stay hydrated otherwise you will get cramps and your muscle development will be stunted. The las tips I have for you is: DO NOT drink tap water….. unless you like drinking pharmaceutical chemicals and lead , buy filtered water.

Surgery Versus Diet and Exercises

fatloss4idiotsIn today’s world everything is very fast paced, and society has become impatient and anxious about every aspect of life. The way to weight loss has adapted to conform to this type of lifestyle as well. Many people who are looking for a quick fix to their weight loss problems, choose to go the route of surgery, instead of losing the weight by actually becoming healthy. After surgery is when many of the patients regret their decision. The following is an examination of the pros and cons of surgery versus diet and exercise.

Liposuction causes ugly scars, saggy skin and it doesn’t fix the problem. Therefore, the most common form of weight loss surgery is gastric bypass surgery. Since this is the most popular method, this is the surgery we’ll use for comparison. The first things you are guaranteed to to hate about your gastric bypass surgery, is the fact that you are not allowed to eat for 3 days after it. Also, the surgery will reduce the size of your stomach to the size of a walnut! So if you eat too much (which is not a lot) you will have severe pain in your chest, where the food enters the stomach area. You will also experience vomiting and nausea. You will also experience:

Aches and Pains

Feeling Tired and Sick

Feeling Cold

Dry Skin

Hair Loss

Mood Changes

How terrible would it be to get a surgery like that and then realize you can’t eat more than one ounce of food anymore. If you do decide to treat yourself every once in a while, you will have to deal with sever stomach pains and vomiting. On top of all that you have to deal with the trauma and risk of the surgery as well. The only pros I could find for the surgery, is that it is quick and easy.

While diet and exercise may not be the quickest or easiest way to lose weight, it will guarantee that you are becoming healthy in the process. Since your body will be working to lose the weight it will be reaping the benefits of that work and you will feel greater than ever. Eventually, once you’ve gotten used to exercising you will love doing it, and you will be able to eat what you’d like instead of having a stomach the size of a walnut. If you’d like to learn more about dieting, then check out all of the free info we have compiled on weight loss. I’d also recommend you download the fatloss4idiots diet plan as well.

Wonderful Weight Loss Tips

fatloss4idiotsMany times people are in search of an all-in-one diet that will tell them how to do everything. While there are some diets that will accomplish something close to this, it is better to combine a bunch of methods, and use them in conjunction with one another. The following is a short list of tips, that can be used with any diet.

Always eat something in the morning when you wake up. The old saying that breakfast is the most important meal of the day is indeed true. Without a healthy breakfast, you will feel drained for the rest of the day, and your metabolism will not operate the way it is supposed to. Plus you won’t have enough energy to get the most out of your exercises.

Try not to “snack” on things while your watching the television. Often times people who watch television a lot, tend to eat more than people who do not. Probably because they have built an association in their mind with enjoying a meal and watching a show. Reading a book is a better way to entertain yourself anyway. Reading actually burns calories, and needless to say you’ll learn a lot more in a book than you will from the television.

Try not to hang out with your friends constantly. Peer pressure often leads people to break their diets. I’m not saying don’t have friends, I’m just saying you should limit the amount of time you spend with them and try not to be around them when they order a delicious pizza.

DO NOT drink alcohol excessively. Alcohol is high in calories, calories that you won’t feel like burning with a hangover. Not to mention being drunk could cause you to make some poor decisions, and I’m not just talking about dieting decisions either.

Try to eat a small appetizer before your meals, a brothy soup is the best one to pick. This will most likely make you feel full and keep you from eating your entire meal, then you can just save it for later and snack on it when you get home in increments.

Eat your food slowly and chew your food thoroughly, this will help your stomach digest the food better and it keeps you from eating too much in one sitting. Plus you can trick yourself into thinking you are full if you eat slower and give the food time to settle.

Try to use pans that are non-stick, that way you don’t have to use a lot of butter/oil, this will keep your fat intake low. Also it is best to use oil rather than butter, no matter what you’re cooking. You may like butter but oil is less fattening by far.

The last tip that I’m sure you have heard a million times, is to drink lots of water. This tip is actually one of the most crucial tips, and if you don’t use any of the tips I just gave you, you should use this one. Even if you are not trying to lose weight I would recommend you to drink 6-8 cups of water a day.

Start Out Slow… To End Up Fast

fatloss4idiotsOne of the most common mistakes people make when trying to lose wight, is they start out too vigorously, they wind up getting burnt out within the first couple of days and then they give up.

Everyone thinks you have to start out like rocky balboa in order to lose some weight, this is imply just not true. In fact, the truth is just the opposite.

Starting out fast will generally cause the new exerciser to give up because they just simply don’t have the endurance to engage in difficult activities yet.  If you don’t build your stamina gradually, you can expect to experience difficulties in your exercises, including cramps, nausea, dizziness and just general fatigue. Also, your recovery time will be way longer than if you had built up your stamina gradually. You will find yourself laying in bed at every chance you get for 2-3 days after your exercises. Needless to say you can’t benefit from that type of workout.

The best way to start exercising gradually is to find something that is fun, yet easy, like swimming or walking. You can even try light aerobics to start out with. Everyone is different, so some of you may be able to start out with vigorous routines, this article is more aimed towards people who are in bad shape and are trying to escape obesity. However the same concept does apply to people with moderate stamina, you still don’t want to outdo yourself, because you could still injure yourself.

While it is good to set your goals high, if you have a goal of losing 50 pounds and you try to lose 10 in the first week through excessive exercise, you run the risk of setting yourself back another week in recovery. The main thing that you should take from this article is that you should never over exert yourself, regardless of how tough you think you are. It is easy to turn on eye of the tiger and be fooled into thinking you’re rocky…when you’re not. If you’re out of shape and you want to start exercising, taking walks around the block and a couple of jumping jacks is a good way to start. Don’t get ahead of yourself, because eventually you will catch up with yourself…and it won’t be pretty.

Fat Loss For Idiots – How I Lost 17 pounds in a Month

fatloss4idiotsHey I’m Karen Winebrenner from Raleigh, NC. I just want to share my experience with other people because I know what yall are going through. I had been searching for a solution to my weight problem for years. Every since I was a child I have been made fun of for being overweight. I dealt with cruel pranks and jokes my entire life, from classmates, neighborhood kids, and even co-workers. 5 years ago I weighed 284 pounds, that was when I decided to go to the doctor to see what could be done to help me lose weight. I told the doctor that I had tried diet and exercises and nothing ever seemed to work.

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Which is a condition that can cause obesity among other terrible symptoms. He prescribed me a pill that he said would help with my chemical imbalances, and maybe aid my diet. He told me I needed to hire a personal trainer and enroll in a gym. I took the meds but I put off going to the gym for a whole 2 years, always making excuses about how I never had the time. While I was on the meds I managed to gain an extra 10 pounds even with medication, it was because I didn’t diet or exercise the doctor told me. He said the meds could not do everything.

After 2 years of taking the meds and not losing weight I decided to go to the gym. I went to the gym for 2 months straight, taking the meds every day like I was supposed to. After 2 months of starving myself I had only lost 7 pounds, and I felt like crap. My husband would make jokes about how much time I had wasted and he would say “that wasn’t nothing but water weight that you lost” and he laughed.  At this point I knew I had a serious problem and I had spiraled into deep depression, even my family would make jokes about it. I knew they were just joking and all but it still hurt ,you know. I would cry for what seemed like hours at a time.  I went back to the doc and asked him why I wasn’t losing weight, he asked me what I was eating. I told him that I had tried starving myself but that didn’t work and it made me hate the world, then I saw a program on tv that said I could eat whatever I want as long as I exercise. He chuckled and said “Well… that’s exactly why you’re not losing weight”. So I asked him what type of diet he would recommend.

He said one of his patients had used successfully tried the Fat Loss For Idiots Diet.  Little did I know that would be the turning point. I went to the site and downloaded the diet plan, and within a month of this diet I had lost 17 pounds!  I was so happy when I saw the scale!  I know I am still a long way from my goals, but I believe that if I keep this up I will eventually reach them. I can’t wait to come back and write about how I lost 100 pounds with this a year from now! I know it’s going to happen.

If anyone out there wants to lose weight and has struggled with it like I have then you should definitely try this system out. Even if you are not looking for a complete diet, you should still go to the site and check out all of the info on dieting that is available.

Food For Comfort… Food For Thought

fatloss4idiotsThe number one cause of excessive eating is by far, eating for comfort. Whether it be eating because you’re bored or eating because you are depressed, both cause you to use food for comfort. Eating food for comfort is the number one reason people fail at their diet, regardless of how effective that diet is.

There are many things that lead to what is called “binge eating”. In this article I am going to go over some of the things that cause people to relapse in their diet and revert back to their emotional eating habits.

One of the main things that cause people to revert back to binge eating is depriving themselves of food for prolonged periods of time. There is only so much that good old fashioned willpower can do for you, and when it fails you will go right back to binge eating, harder than ever. Depriving yourself of vital nutrients is not only bad for you, but it also contradicts your natural instincts to survive, and that is why it is rigged  for failure from the beginning.

Another way people often wind up failing, is by using methods that allow you to eat whatever you’d like and then make up for it with exercise. The problem with this method is you have to exercise very hard to make up for all of the calories you are consuming, and generally speaking, people who are dieting do not  have the endurance to participate in such exercises without injuring themselves. What usually winds up happening is, the dieter becomes injured or severely fatigued, at which time they revert to binge eating during the healing process. By they time they heal they have already gained back all of the pounds that they just lost.

Yet another method that keeps people from breaking the emotional eating boundaries is what’s called “the blame game”. This is when people blame something for the reason they are overweight. Most of the time they blame their metabolism. The only thing you could possibly blame your weight problem on… is you! You may say “but that’s not true, there are people that are born this way, it’s our genetics”. Yes, you are right, and there are people like that losing LOTS OF WEIGHT and becoming thin every day! I did! So who’s fault is it that you choose to blame your faults for being the way you are? What if Stevie Wonder decided he couldn’t play the piano because he was blind?

he only way to break the boundaries of emotional eating is to throw away the baggage that has kept you doing the things that you are doing. Educate yourself on the subject of dieting, instead of engaging in monkey see monkey do.

Common Weight Loss Mistakes

fatloss4idiotsThe number one reason people quit their diet and exercise regimen, is because of frustration caused by cravings for good food and hours of exercise with seemingly no results. Shedding body fat is often not that easy of a task, and not everyone has the willpower needed to accomplish this. It seems like half the world is trying to lose weight, and a quarter of the world is looking for a miracle to do so.  Instead of waiting on a wonder drug or a 19.99 ab-a-ma-jiggie from an infomercial, why not take the steps needed to make things happen the right way. If you are able to avoid the following common mistakes that people make, you will find it twice as easy to lose weight effectively WHILE STAYING HEALTHY.

Under-Eating

Many times people misunderstand what it means to diet. A diet is not the same as fasting, you ARE supposed to eat when you are dieting. Do not deprive yourself of crucial nutrients. The purpose of dieting is not to stop eating, but to change the WAY you eat. In fact, you can even treat yourself every once in a while, but only in small amounts. It would be better for you to eat six or seven small snacks throughout the day, than to hold off from eating all day only to stuff your face at the end of the day, all in the name of a “diet”. I’m not saying to eat junk food all day either, I’m simply saying to eat small nutritious snacks throughout the day, and to drink lots of water. STAY AWAY from any form of junk food, or foods that are high in trans-fat and calories. If you eat foods that are high in calories you will have to exercise twice as hard to burn them, before they are deposited in fat cells. Don’t make things harder than they should be. That brings us to our next common mistake.

Over-Training

Usually when you set out on your journey to losing those extra pounds, you are told that is all about willpower, and to try your hardest. Many people take those words of advice and become way too aggressive with their exercises. Remember this golden rule: Your body needs twice as much rest as it does exercise, in order for your muscles to recuperate and build. Building muscles burns fat, if you aren’t getting enough rest, you won’t build muscle. It’s as simple as that. Combining under-eating with over-training is a recipe for disaster, you could wind up in the hospital dehydrated, hooked up to IV’s. The amount of things that could happen to you if you take your exercise too far, without the proper rest and nutrients, are to numerous to name in a single paragraph. Trust me, you don’t want to be laying on the floor with a killer cramp in your hamstring, and a monstrous headache, all because you didn’t get enough rest and didn’t eat right.

I myself have been guilty of making these mistakes, and I can tell you first hand how simple these mistakes are to make. Hopefully you will take what you have learned here and use it to make your weight loss regimen all that it can be.
