My Experience with FatLoss4Idiots


fatloss4idiotsHi, I’m Allison, I started my battle with weight loss about 2 years ago, at the age of 37, weighing about 220 pounds. I had fallen under deep depression and became mad at the world because I was unable to drop the unwanted pounds that accompanied my pregnancies a decade earlier. After the birth of my 2 children, Lisa and Oliver, I put on about 75 pounds and my size 6 waist ballooned into a size 18, and I started to get severe back pains at the young age of 34. I found myself unable to participate in simple activities like walking the dog, without feeling drained and miserable.

Needless to say, I felt the need to spring into action before it got too late for me. As it was I already felt powerless in my situation, and it seemed like I would never have the time nor energy to succeed in my weight loss goals. I started off by buying all kinds of instructional tapes and “as seen on tv” products, that had me doing all sorts of strange things in the middle of my living room floor. I tried everything from weight loss pills to bread fasting, to colon cleansing and yoga. I even tried praying for results every night before I went to bed. After almost 2 years of praying and pouring my heart out trying to find something that works for me, I had lost a measly 25 pounds and I still weighed close to 200 pounds! I was still far from the goal of my pre-pregnancy weight of 145 pounds, and I felt like there was literally nothing left to try. Everything that I tried focused on specific aspects of diet/exercise, and I never could find a program that could teach me everything I needed to know to lose weight.

 

That is until I found FatLoss4Idiots. When I first came across the site I assumed that it couldn’t help me because I was no idiot on the subject. I mean, for goodness sake, I had tried just about everything there was to try.
