You can use this tactic to sweat off more than 10 pounds in a couple of days. If you are going to use a sauna to drop some pounds then I would recommend you drink lots of water. Another way people quickly lose some pounds is colon cleansing. Colon cleansing will get rid of all of the toxins in your system and it will help you to digest and pass your food easily. This prevents your last meal from turning into fat.</p>
