		<description>Agree with most of your post but Abdominal exercises such as crunches or anything with an Ab cradle will not do too much for anyone.

Good nutrition, high intensity training, good sleep and stress reduction is the way. Ab work from kettlebells or functional exercises such as squats is te way to go.</description>
