		<description>I could not agree more with this post.  Not only does a dramatic reduction in calories make us lose muscle, which sabotages any future weight loss or maintenance efforts, but it also strongly reduces testosterone in males at least.  And the comment about smaller meals is very important as well.  I would add that eating foods that have stronger satiety can be critical for some people.  Great advice - keep up the good work.</description>
