    I eat this way everyday. Good thing to know I will not gain weight. I love these foods, and for a treat I do cottage cheese with light maple suryup. I also learned this trick in Mexico for oatmeal. First fry the oatmeal in of course a non saturated fat oil, brown real good, then add milk, a tad of sugar. Also I make whole wheat tortillas.
