Dieting is Easier Than You Think

fatloss4idiotsA lot of people are afraid to go on a diet simply because they love eating so much, and they’re afraid the diet might require them to cut back on one of their favorite hobbies. They’re also afraid of having to spend money on weight loss pills and spend a ton of time exercising. The fact is, dieting the RIGHT WAY can be 10 times easier than you would think. A good diet does not require you to starve yourself or buy any pills (although weight loss supplements may help some), and you really don’t have to do a lot of exercising either.

First of all, if you do not get enough nutrition in your meals, then your bodies metabolism will SLOW DOWN. So starving yourself is never the answer. In fact the same reasoning applies to why you gained weight in the place! You gained weight because you weren’t getting enough nutrition in your meals, so your body responded by taking the necessary nutrition from your body.

As a result of this your muscles begin to get smaller, and since muscles burn fat, you then start burning less fat per day. On the same token, if you don’t eat enough then your body fails to convert the food calories into energy, because it lacks the nutrients needed to do so. Since it can’t turn it into energy, it stores it as fat. This is a natural survival mechanism being done automatically by your body, and it is the core reason for obesity. People generally become obese because they have been eating lots of food that’s low in nutrition, and they are not active. If this happens at a very early age it may affect a persons metabolism for the rest of their life, until they take the steps needed to fix it, like diet and exercise.

Speaking of exercise, did you know that over-training is one of the most common mistakes people make when exercising? So if you’re afraid of exercising because you think it will take tons of time, just remember, a tiny bit of exercise will do you better than none. The funny thing is you only need to do 20 minutes of exercising per day, three days a week to start seeing significant results! I don’t know of a single person on earth that couldn’t spare an hour per week. After you get used to doing it 3 days a week, I’m willing to bet you’ll want to do it even more, and as time goes on you will begin to enjoy it.

Before you know it, exercising will become a routine thing, just like eating.

While exercising can boost your results, it can only do so with the proper nutritional diet. If you’re looking for a sound diet that is customizable for your needs, then I would highly recommend you download the FatLoss4Idiots diet plan.

Weight Loss Dieting

fatloss4idiotsMany people struggle with being overweight, unfortunately many of them will almost always give up on their diets, because they will feel it is just too hard. They feel hopeless when it comes to meeting their weight loss goals. They don’t realize there are so many diets out there that can help them lose weight, if only they would do the research and stick to the right diet. If you are really having problems choosing a diet, then you can just start by eating what you like moderately, and following these simple rules.

You need nutrition in your diet if you want it to be effective, especially if you are going to be exercising. In the morning when you wake up try to eat a couple of eggs, they are high in nutrients and easy to make. Also be sure to eat some fruit, like a banana or an orange. Instead of bacon try something with less fat like turkey bacon or Canadian bacon. Try not to eat any starches like bread for breakfast, they will fill your stomach with unnecessary foods. To start your day you don’t need fillers, you need nutrients.

Try to avoid junk foods like soda and chips, instead eat something healthy like a shake or some fruit. This means no chocolate bars, candies or anything that is exceedingly delicious, and fattening. Some of the vest fruits for losing weight are oranges and cantaloupes. A salad can also help you with essential nutrients, and salads can be quite delicious. Just make sure you are not putting to much dressing on your salad, if you do, you might as well eat some chips instead.

Try to include vegetables in your diet as well. Stay away from butter and try to use oils instead. Also fruits are better for breakfast and lunch than dinner. Make sure you eat very small meals, and eat your food slowly. Try to eat 5-7 small meals per day, rather than 3 large ones. If you need to eat meat then try to eat white meat rather than red meat. Meats like chicken and fish are excellent for dieting.

Calorie Shifting

fatloss4idiotsProbably the most sought after thing in the weight loss industry, is a diet that will trim the pounds and slim the waist in just weeks. People want to be able to look in the mirror a month from now and say “hey that’s not me”. All too often those people are let down by some television “guru” that promises them the world…for 19.99. The truth is… you CAN lose 20 pounds in a month, but you have to follow principles that are scientifically sound. You’re not going to get amazing results by starving yourself and drinking a miracle smoothie… that’s just not scientifically sound.

If you want amazing results, you’re going to need a little help from your metabolism. You won’t get amazing results if your body is refusing to comply with you. In order to boost your metabolism you’re going to need to eat nutritious foods, and you’re going to have to eat these nutritious foods on and off through out the day. This means replacing your 3 meals per day with about 7 meals. Even though you will be eating more meals per day, you’ll keep them small and you will never eat within an hour before you go to sleep. If you eat too close to bed time, the food will not be converted into energy (metabolized), and it will therefore be turned into fat.

Food has to become your means of sustenance, not a form of entertainment or a pass time. Hobby eating is the number one root cause of obesity. Hobbies become habits, and habits are hard to break..yet predictable. You want your diet to confuse your body into a state called ketosis, which puts your metabolism into hyper drive. If you are unsure how to do this then download the diet plan on this site. It has a meal generator that is guaranteed to plan you a custom diet that will boost your metabolism. The FatLoss4Idiots program is one of the most renowned diet programs on the internet, and for good reason… IT WORKS!

3 Fat Loss Techniques

fatloss4idiotsMost people that are looking for a diet, are looking for one that will show them very quick results. Some people even get discouraged if they don’t experience quick results. While you may not always be able to accomplish your goals within the first few weeks, there are some methods that will help you lose some weight fast. These techniques can be used in conjunction with one another.

The most important thing to remember when trying to lose weight quickly, is to control and monitor your intake and output of calories. If you are eating more calories than your body can turn into energy, then those calories will be converted into fat. If you monitor and regulate you caloric intake you can measure how much of a certain food should eat. You can also gage how much you should exercise, and you can even calculate how many calories you need to burn in order to lose a set amount of weight. Try to eat about half as many calories per day as you can burn in a day. So if you can only burn 2500 calories in a day then you should eat no more than 1250.

Exercise is also crucial when it comes to losing weight. Simply limiting your caloric intake will not get the job done, because eventually you will slip up (probably often) and you will eat the foods that you have been craving for so long. This is why exercise is so important. Exercise burns calories, therefore you can eat twice as much if you exercise twice as hard to burn it off. The more you can eat, the more you can build tone muscle mass. Muscle burns fat even when you aren’t doing anything at all, even if you’re sleeping that newly built muscle will be burning calories. Not to mention having muscles will make you look better, even if you’re a female, toning your muscles with light weights will give you a sexy shape. Exercise is universally recognized as a weight loss essential.

Another technique that will complement your weight loss regimen, is taking supplements. There are many natural vitamins and herbs that will help you with losing weight. Many weight loss supplements a re a mixture of these vitamins and herbs. Ask your doctor what would be the best weight loss medication for you, or find a reputable weight loss pill on the internet, and combine it with good diet and exercise. Weight loss pills are not a one stop solution though, every weight loss pill recommends the use of diet and exercise to see the best results. Using weight loss pills can double or even triple the results of your diet and exercise, they are made to compliment your diet and exercise, not to replace it.

Out of all three of these crucial techniques, diet is by far the most important. You can work out as much as you like, you can even take tons of weight loss pills, but without the right diet both will be futile. If you wish to learn more about dieting, then check out all of the wonderful free info on weight loss on this site. I also recommend you download the in-depth diet plan.

Wonderful Weight Loss Tips

fatloss4idiotsMany times people are in search of an all-in-one diet that will tell them how to do everything. While there are some diets that will accomplish something close to this, it is better to combine a bunch of methods, and use them in conjunction with one another. The following is a short list of tips, that can be used with any diet.

Always eat something in the morning when you wake up. The old saying that breakfast is the most important meal of the day is indeed true. Without a healthy breakfast, you will feel drained for the rest of the day, and your metabolism will not operate the way it is supposed to. Plus you won’t have enough energy to get the most out of your exercises.

Try not to “snack” on things while your watching the television. Often times people who watch television a lot, tend to eat more than people who do not. Probably because they have built an association in their mind with enjoying a meal and watching a show. Reading a book is a better way to entertain yourself anyway. Reading actually burns calories, and needless to say you’ll learn a lot more in a book than you will from the television.

Try not to hang out with your friends constantly. Peer pressure often leads people to break their diets. I’m not saying don’t have friends, I’m just saying you should limit the amount of time you spend with them and try not to be around them when they order a delicious pizza.

DO NOT drink alcohol excessively. Alcohol is high in calories, calories that you won’t feel like burning with a hangover. Not to mention being drunk could cause you to make some poor decisions, and I’m not just talking about dieting decisions either.

Try to eat a small appetizer before your meals, a brothy soup is the best one to pick. This will most likely make you feel full and keep you from eating your entire meal, then you can just save it for later and snack on it when you get home in increments.

Eat your food slowly and chew your food thoroughly, this will help your stomach digest the food better and it keeps you from eating too much in one sitting. Plus you can trick yourself into thinking you are full if you eat slower and give the food time to settle.

Try to use pans that are non-stick, that way you don’t have to use a lot of butter/oil, this will keep your fat intake low. Also it is best to use oil rather than butter, no matter what you’re cooking. You may like butter but oil is less fattening by far.

The last tip that I’m sure you have heard a million times, is to drink lots of water. This tip is actually one of the most crucial tips, and if you don’t use any of the tips I just gave you, you should use this one. Even if you are not trying to lose weight I would recommend you to drink 6-8 cups of water a day.

10 Healthy Weight Loss Habits

fatloss4idiotsPeople are constantly in search of something that will tell them what to do step by step. Unfortunately, as with most things, there is simply no such thing when it comes to weight loss, per se. But there are things that you can do that will contribute to your success. The following is a short list of 10 habits that will help you lose weight:

1.  Keep track of everything you consume. Make sure you include the amount and other details. This is to give you an idea of your eating habits at a glance, so you can adjust them accordingly.

2.  Refrain from eating any candies. Try to eat no more than 3 unhealthy snacks per week. This means no candy bars, no ice cream, and generally nothing with high sugar content. Again if you’re going to eat unhealthy snacks, keep it at NO MORE THAN 3 PER WEEK.

3.  Cut your fat intake by at least half. The best way to do this is to use very little butter/margarine, salad dressing, and mayonnaise.

4.  Try to eat a bunch of small meals every day, instead of eating 3 large ones.

5Make breakfast your biggest meal of the day, and make your meals increasingly smaller as the day goes on, making dinner your smallest meal.

6.  Try not to eat a lot of red meat. Instead use white meats like chicken and fish for protein.

7.  Instead of junk food and candy, eat fresh fruits. Truthfully, they are just as delicious and are much better for you.

8.  Drink water instead of sodas or juices. This will help you metabolism speed up by cleansing your kidneys and the rest of your organs. You can also add a lemon to cleanse your body even more.

9.  Eat as many vegetables as you can, vegetables will help fill your stomach, while also helping you burn fat.

10.Try to chew your food thoroughly, and don’t eat too fast. If you eat fast and don’t chew your food enough, then your body will have trouble digesting it the way it should.

Really, all of these healthy habits can be summed up by four words: Watch what you eat.  An extra tip would be to not eat too late at night. If you eat before you go to sleep you will have a greater chance of the food turning into fat.

Exercising For Weight Loss

fatloss4idiotsWhen it comes to exercising there are two main categories, aerobics and weight training. Aerobics focuses on fast paced, repetitive activities of little resistance, designed to strengthen your heart and improve the health of your lungs and other crucial bodily functions. Weight training or “resistance training”, focuses on building muscle strength through concentrated and isolated movements that target specific muscles individually. Both methods of training are helpful in building muscle tone and losing weight, yet the popular belief is that aerobic exercise is better for weight loss than weight (resistance) training. However this is not necessarily true.

The belief that aerobic exercise is more effective at weight loss, stems from the fact that muscle weighs more than fat, and so therefore people believe that building muscle will make you bulky and cause you to weigh MORE. The truth is, one pound of muscle burns 300-500 calories every week to sustain itself, while a pound of fat only burns about 15 calories per week to sustain itself. Therefore building muscle is the BEST thing you can do to boost your metabolism and burn fat while you sleep. There is really no need to fret about getting bulky muscles, because you can use moderately heavy weights and do it only twice a week, and it will still increase your overall muscle mass.

Whether you use aerobic or weight training to lose weight, there is no need to over exert yourself at all. Actually, over-exertion is the main problem most people have when trying to build muscle or lose weight. Your body needs twice as much rest as it does exercise, and if it doesn’t get the rest that it needs, you will experience malnutrition and fatigue, which will completely stunt your results regardless of the outcome that you’re aiming for. The most effective method of weight loss would be a combination of aerobics, weight training and good dieting.

When choosing the best exercise/dieting regimen, remember to include foods that you enjoy eating and exercises that are not too strenuous. You want to make it as easy as possible to stick to your plan.

Common Weight Loss Mistakes

fatloss4idiotsThe number one reason people quit their diet and exercise regimen, is because of frustration caused by cravings for good food and hours of exercise with seemingly no results. Shedding body fat is often not that easy of a task, and not everyone has the willpower needed to accomplish this. It seems like half the world is trying to lose weight, and a quarter of the world is looking for a miracle to do so.  Instead of waiting on a wonder drug or a 19.99 ab-a-ma-jiggie from an infomercial, why not take the steps needed to make things happen the right way. If you are able to avoid the following common mistakes that people make, you will find it twice as easy to lose weight effectively WHILE STAYING HEALTHY.

Under-Eating

Many times people misunderstand what it means to diet. A diet is not the same as fasting, you ARE supposed to eat when you are dieting. Do not deprive yourself of crucial nutrients. The purpose of dieting is not to stop eating, but to change the WAY you eat. In fact, you can even treat yourself every once in a while, but only in small amounts. It would be better for you to eat six or seven small snacks throughout the day, than to hold off from eating all day only to stuff your face at the end of the day, all in the name of a “diet”. I’m not saying to eat junk food all day either, I’m simply saying to eat small nutritious snacks throughout the day, and to drink lots of water. STAY AWAY from any form of junk food, or foods that are high in trans-fat and calories. If you eat foods that are high in calories you will have to exercise twice as hard to burn them, before they are deposited in fat cells. Don’t make things harder than they should be. That brings us to our next common mistake.

Over-Training

Usually when you set out on your journey to losing those extra pounds, you are told that is all about willpower, and to try your hardest. Many people take those words of advice and become way too aggressive with their exercises. Remember this golden rule: Your body needs twice as much rest as it does exercise, in order for your muscles to recuperate and build. Building muscles burns fat, if you aren’t getting enough rest, you won’t build muscle. It’s as simple as that. Combining under-eating with over-training is a recipe for disaster, you could wind up in the hospital dehydrated, hooked up to IV’s. The amount of things that could happen to you if you take your exercise too far, without the proper rest and nutrients, are to numerous to name in a single paragraph. Trust me, you don’t want to be laying on the floor with a killer cramp in your hamstring, and a monstrous headache, all because you didn’t get enough rest and didn’t eat right.

I myself have been guilty of making these mistakes, and I can tell you first hand how simple these mistakes are to make. Hopefully you will take what you have learned here and use it to make your weight loss regimen all that it can be.

Weight Loss Plans – How to Choose an Effective Plan

fatloss4idiotsHave you ever heard of people who said that they want to lose weight? If you know some who said that they wanted to lose weight, were they able to? If not, then they are among the millions of people who were unsuccessful on their desire for weight loss. Why were they unable to lose weight? Maybe they weren’t able to follow good weight loss plans.

If you are one of the many people who want to lose weight, then learn from other people’s mistake and follow weight loss plans to help you lose weight fast. But why should you follow a weight loss plan? You can just workout, diet and use weight loss supplements to lose weight.

Working out will help you lose weight by letting you burn all the extra pounds you have. All the fats that you have stored will be burned as long as you work out regularly. Furthermore, you will be able to build your muscles and stay fit if you workout.

Dieting will help you prevent the consumption of excessive fats. Hamburgers, fried chicken and other delicious foods contain too many fats, so you should not eat many of these. A diet plan will help you stray from these types of foods and instead eat only healthy foods.

A weight loss supplement can help you lose weight faster. Weight loss supplements can boost your metabolism, which helps you burn fat much faster than usual.

  • Find a weight loss plan that will get you set sensible goals. You should aim for steady weight loss too.
  • Find out how much weight you can lose per week with the weight loss plan. Also, ask how long would it take for you to reach your goal.

  • Ensure that the weight loss plan gives you all the nutrients you need daily. The Recommended daily allowance (RDA) must be followed so you get all the vitamins, minerals and protein that you need.
