Fat Loss For Idiots – How I Lost 17 pounds in a Month

I had been searching for a solution to my weight problem for years. Every since I was a child I have been made fun of for being overweight. I took the meds but I put off going to the gym for a whole 2 years, always making excuses about how I never had the time. While I was on the meds I managed to gain an extra 10 pounds even with medication, it was because I didn’t diet or exercise the doctor told me. He said the meds could not do everything.

 

After 2 years of taking the meds and not losing weight I decided to go to the gym. I went to the gym for 2 months straight, taking the meds every day like I was supposed to. After 2 months of starving myself I had only lost 7 pounds, and I felt like crap. My husband would make jokes about how much time I had wasted and he would say “that wasn’t nothing but water weight that you lost” and he laughed.  At this point I knew I had a serious problem and I had spiraled into deep depression, even my family would make jokes about it. I knew they were just joking and all but it still hurt ,you know. I would cry for what seemed like hours at a time.  I went back to the doc and asked him why I wasn’t losing weight, he asked me what I was eating. I told him that I had tried starving myself but that didn’t work and it made me hate the world, then I saw a program on tv that said I could eat whatever I want as long as I exercise. However, I still think they should have chosen a different name.

2. Losing 9 pounds in 11 days is what Fat loss 4 Idiots promises if you undergo their program. I do not like this promise because every person is different and loses weight at different rates. Some people do lose 9 pounds in 11 days but some others do not. But most people lose an average of 6 pounds during the course of 11 days. That is still a high rate of weight loss, so I think Fatloss4idiots would have done better without the promise of guaranteeing that you will lose 9 pounds in 11 days.

3. Lack of support – The biggest drawback of Fatloss4idiots is that you do not have a support group for this system. The reason is that it is so easy to use and really does not need any kind of support, but sometimes it is good that member’s insights and comments can be shared so as to provide better motivation and know that you are not alone in your journey.
