Dieting is Easier Than You Think


fatloss4idiotsA lot of people are afraid to go on a diet simply because they love eating so much, and they’re afraid the diet might require them to cut back on one of their favorite hobbies. They’re also afraid of having to spend money on weight loss pills and spend a ton of time exercising. The fact is, dieting the RIGHT WAY can be 10 times easier than you would think. A good diet does not require you to starve yourself or buy any pills (although weight loss supplements may help some), and you really don’t have to do a lot of exercising either.

First of all, if you do not get enough nutrition in your meals, then your bodies metabolism will SLOW DOWN. So starving yourself is never the answer. In fact the same reasoning applies to why you gained weight in the place! You gained weight because you weren’t getting enough nutrition in your meals, so your body responded by taking the necessary nutrition from your body.

As a result of this your muscles begin to get smaller, and since muscles burn fat, you then start burning less fat per day. On the same token, if you don’t eat enough then your body fails to convert the food calories into energy, because it lacks the nutrients needed to do so. Since it can’t turn it into energy, it stores it as fat. This is a natural survival mechanism being done automatically by your body, and it is the core reason for obesity. People generally become obese because they have been eating lots of food that’s low in nutrition, and they are not active. If this happens at a very early age it may affect a persons metabolism for the rest of their life, until they take the steps needed to fix it, like diet and exercise.

Speaking of exercise, did you know that over-training is one of the most common mistakes people make when exercising? So if you’re afraid of exercising because you think it will take tons of time, just remember, a tiny bit of exercise will do you better than none. The funny thing is you only need to do 20 minutes of exercising per day, three days a week to start seeing significant results! I don’t know of a single person on earth that couldn’t spare an hour per week. After you get used to doing it 3 days a week, I’m willing to bet you’ll want to do it even more, and as time goes on you will begin to enjoy it.

Before you know it, exercising will become a routine thing, just like eating.

Weight Loss Pills


fatloss4idiotsIf you were to watch a couple thousand commercials for diets, read a couple hundred web sites about dieting, and read everything you could about dieting, you’d probably start thinking they were all right….or they are all BS…. Of course they are not but the point I am trying to make is, there are so many techniques out there and it is so hard to choose one that most people just give up and buy a pill to do it for them. What they don’t realize is, the people selling you the weight loss pills have an agenda. Their agenda is to sell you something, it is not to help you lose weight. These weight loss pill providers will tell you themselves on the commercial: “results may vary….pill is to be used in combination with diet and exercise for best results”.

“But what about all of those people on the commercial with their testimony about the pill?”

Even those people say that they used diet and exercise, and for good reason. While I’m not saying that weight loss supplements don’t work, they do, I’m simply saying that they take the backseat to diet and exercise. Not to mention the deceptive marketing tactics they use to make the “testifiers” look more happy after using their product. In the before picture the people always look sad and pale and they are never smiling. While in the after picture they are grinning from ear to ear and they are well tanned an well groomed. This should show you that they are promoting something rather than providing an unbiased report on a product. Some of the commercials even use different people and claim they are the same person! Why not have the people smile in both the before and after picture?

I know I can’t really get onto anyone about doing that though, because it has been done so much that it is now an industry standard. That’s pretty sad when the industry standard has become blatant lying and/or providing misleading info. Unfortunately the weight loss industry is full of people trying to take advantage of other people in need of help. Weight Loss Dieting

They feel hopeless when it comes to meeting their weight loss goals. They don’t realize there are so many diets out there that can help them lose weight, if only they would do the research and stick to the right diet. If you are really having problems choosing a diet, then you can just start by eating what you like moderately, and following these simple rules.

You need nutrition in your diet if you want it to be effective, especially if you are going to be exercising. In the morning when you wake up try to eat a couple of eggs, they are high in nutrients and easy to make. Also be sure to eat some fruit, like a banana or an orange. Instead of bacon try something with less fat like turkey bacon or Canadian bacon. Try not to eat any starches like bread for breakfast, they will fill your stomach with unnecessary foods. To start your day you don’t need fillers, you need nutrients.

Try to avoid junk foods like soda and chips, instead eat something healthy like a shake or some fruit. This means no chocolate bars, candies or anything that is exceedingly delicious, and fattening. Some of the vest fruits for losing weight are oranges and cantaloupes. A salad can also help you with essential nutrients, and salads can be quite delicious. Just make sure you are not putting to much dressing on your salad, if you do, you might as well eat some chips instead.

Try to include vegetables in your diet as well. Stay away from butter and try to use oils instead. Also fruits are better for breakfast and lunch than dinner. Make sure you eat very small meals, and eat your food slowly. Try to eat 5-7 small meals per day, rather than 3 large ones. If you need to eat meat then try to eat white meat rather than red meat. Meats like chicken and fish are excellent for dieting.

One of the methods people use to get rid of the fat on their limbs is exercise. While running and aerobic activities work very well on the legs, all too often there is still fat left under the arms. The Complexities of the Human Body

It is an extremely complicated organism in which BILLIONS of individual machine-like cells collaborate with each other, on a constant basis, to form a single living being that is capable of doing amazing things. Even more mind boggling is the fact that EACH cell in our body (remember there are billions)… EACH ONE has an internal system strung together by equally complex chemical and cellular corroborations.

If the human body is so complex, then what makes you think there are solutions to it’s problems that can be done with ease? Your metabolism is the series of chemical reactions responsible for turning your food into energy. If your metabolism is not as effective as it should be then the calories that your body consumes will be stored in fat cells, rather than converted into energy. Your metabolism is controlled by hormones that can be affected by a multitude of things, but that are mostly affected by your diet and stress levels.

In order to get your body working the way it was meant to work, it needs to have all of the essential vitamins and minerals needed to do so. To get your natural levels back to where they should be you should eat a diet that is high in nutrition, and drink lots of water (filtered). Our bodies are mostly made of water. Drinking lots of water will cleanse your system and promote well balanced hormones. Be careful not to drink too much water though because it can wash the nutrients out of your blood. If you eat 3 large meals, then whatever your body doesn’t turn into energy will be turned into fat. The key is to keep your body from turning calories into fat by forcing them to convert them into energy in small amounts. This process is actually called ketosis and it is the key to any good diet.

The next thing you should be doing is exercise. Exercise will also help boost your metabolism by building muscle, because muscle automatically burns fat. The best exercises to do in order to shed that stomach fat are aerobics and abdominal exercises. Try to use ab exercises that don”t put a lot of stress on your back. I would recommend you use some sort of ab machine to do this, as crunches and sit ups may be bad for your back, and they are very difficult for beginners. Make sure you drink plenty of water while exercising and be sure to keep track of the calories your body is burning. You want to make sure your body has enough energy and nutrition so you don’t become fatigued and sore.

The last thing hat you should do in order to shed the pounds off of your stomach is to limit the amount of stress you are under. Your bodies metabolism is actually controlled by hormones.
